Lockhouse 10: Register

To register for your stay at this lockhouse, click on the first night you wish to stay, then click on the last night you wish to stay (3 night max). To stay just one night, click the date twice. The registration form will become active and display the dates you have selected.

Please do not click your "BACK" button after you have started a transaction; do not click "SUBMIT" more than once; and do wait for your registration confirmation screen to appear before exiting the website. This will ensure proper transmission of your reservation.

In order to allow our professional cleaning crew to thoroughly prepare the house for each guest’s arrival, we are rarely able to extend reservations without advance notice. If you request access to the house earlier than your scheduled arrival time or stay past your checkout time, you may be charged for an additional night. Cancellation policy for Canal Quarters: 

If you cancel:

  • More than 30 days prior to your arrival date: You have the option of cancelling and receiving a refund of your payment, minus a $15 processing fee, or taking advantage of a one-time opportunity to reschedule your Canal Quarters stay. Cancellation of the rescheduled date will result in full forfeiture of your payment.
  • Less than 30 days prior to your arrival date: You have the option of cancelling and forfeiting your full payment, or taking advantage of a one-time opportunity to reschedule your Canal Quarters stay. Cancellation of the rescheduled date will result in full forfeiture of your payment.
  • Within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date: You will forfeit your full reservation payment. There is no reschedule option when you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival.
