Photograph this magnificent structure, or walk across for views of the Potomac and Monocacy Rivers. Look carefully at the stone at either end of the aqueduct, it's pink. A turning basin was built just downstream of the aqueduct, and boats would stop to load wheat and flour from the mill. The stone walls near the parking area are the remains of the mill. The park facilities in this area include a boat ramp and picnic area.
